General Information

What is CloudCME?

CloudCME is TidalHealth’s online Continuing Medical Education (CME) management system. It provides a centralized platform for learners and coordinators to register for activities, complete evaluations, claim credits, access certificates, and track CME transcripts.

How do I access the CloudCME portal?

Go to https://tidalhealth.cloud-cme.com and log in using your TidalHealth network credentials or the email address associated with your CME profile.

Who can use the CloudCME portal?

All TidalHealth medical staff, allied health professionals, and community learners who participate in CME activities can use the portal.

Logging In and Accounts

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click “Sign In,” then “Forgot your password?” Follow the instructions to reset it. If you use your TidalHealth credentials, contact IT if you need help resetting your network password.

How do I create a new account?

If you are external to TidalHealth, select “Sign In” → “Don’t have an account?” → “Create one.” Complete all required fields to register.

My name or credentials are incorrect. How can I update my profile?

After logging in, select “My CME” → “Profile” to update your information. For changes to name or credentials, contact the CME office at [email protected].

Course Registration

How do I register for a CME activity?

From the home page, select “Calendar” or “Courses.” Choose your desired activity and click “Register.” You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is complete.

Is there a fee for CME activities?

Most internal CME activities are free for TidalHealth staff. External participants may incur a fee, which will be noted in the course details.

Attendance and Credit

How do I sign in for a live activity?

Use your mobile device to text your attendance code to the number displayed at the event. Your phone number must match the one in your cloudCME profile.

What if I forget to text the attendance code?

Contact the CME office within 7 days of the activity to request credit verification.

How do I claim my CME credits?

Once the activity evaluation is completed, your credits will automatically be added to your transcript.

How do I complete an evaluation?

Log in and go to “My CME” → “Evaluations & Certificates.” Select the appropriate course and complete the post-activity evaluation.

Certificates and Transcripts

Where can I find my CME certificate?

After completing the evaluation, go to “My CME” → “Evaluations & Certificates.” Click “Download Certificate.”

How can I access my CME transcript?

Go to “My CME” → “Transcript.” You can view, print, or export your transcript at any time.

Can I print multiple certificates at once?

Yes. In your transcript, select the date range and use the “Print All Certificates” option.

Technical Help

The portal isn’t loading properly. What should I do?

Try clearing your browser cache, using an updated browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari), or switching devices. If issues persist, contact CloudCME support at [email protected].

I didn’t receive my registration confirmation or evaluation email.

Check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, ensure your email address in your CloudCME profile is correct.

Can I access CloudCME on mobile devices?

Yes, CloudCME is mobile-friendly and also available through the CloudCME mobile app for iOS and Android. Use organization code TIDALHEALTH when setting it up.
