The Division of Cardiology requests ongoing education for members of the Division, along with topics relative to other disciplines caring for the cardiac patient population (i.e. ED providers, Hospitalist, Anesthesiologist, CV Surgeons). Evidence of ongoing education for physicians is a requirement given the various accreditations and certifications the Division of Cardiology holds MIEMSS CIC designation TJC Disease Specific Reaccreditation for the Treatment of AMI MHCC COP for PCI and COP for CABG

1. Evaluate and apply current evidencebased guidelines, emerging research, and regulatory requirements to the diagnosis and management of cardiovascular disease across the continuum of care
2. Integrate advances in cardiovascular technologies, pharmacologic therapies, and interventional strategies into clinical decisionmaking to improve patient outcomes and reduce variability in practice.
3. Implement practice and systemlevel strategies to enhance quality, safety, compliance, and performance metrics in cardiology and cardiovascular surgery, including readmissions, mortality, and procedural outcomes.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing no less than 20 days before the course will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to [email protected].
